ADCLASH: Golden Gala
From the beginning, their mission is to develop the potentials of the students who aspire to be greater than they are yesterday. They believe that creativity is the foundation that embodies our passion in making the industry of Advertising a good place to work on, tomorrow. This March 21, the Department of Advertising and Public Relations (ADPR) of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) is in its 50th year of continuous progress that the university is profoundly proud of.
Now, ADPR will be hosting its 25th Annual AD CLASH, the most anticipated competition between ADPR Senior students showcasing their exemplarity in the field of Integrated Marketing Communication Campaign. And the brand that will acquire its revolutionary ideas and concepts, for the second time goes to American Home Appliances Window-type air conditioner. Co-presented by Fishermall, Light Network and Aktivshow, the said event will be held on the 21st day of March in Fishermall, Quezon City. The program proper will start at 1:00PM but more exciting activities will also take place before, during and after the event with the lively participation of media partners and sponsors.
ADCLASH, to elaborate better, is an annual Tri-Media Advertising Campaign competition one major reason of the 50 years existence of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations in PUP. This event constantly do its best to make it take place off-campus like in Eastwood, Mall of Asia, Tiendesitas, and other efficient venues, attended by University Officials, Alumni, parents, students and unquantifiable number of people which gives a great impact for the event to be known for future interested clients.
Through the years, ADCLASH has had a variety of satisfied clients which took the opportunity to embrace fresh ideas for their respective brands like Maynilad, Stabilo, TV 5, Volvo, Silver Swan, Negros Navigation, Dreamscape, Jellatini, Araneta Center and many more. As such, this grand affair will surely give any company a great opportunity and a unique way to promote their products and services.
This event became the strength of every senior Advertising and Public Relations students as they go through the advertising world. Its goal is not only to create new campaigns but also to create a person who possesses teamwork, does have a good personality and to be ready to rumble in the real advertising battle.
